3D CAD Designs, Leica RTC360 Laser Scanner & Plasma Cutter
The team at Bennco Engineering includes some of the best and most experienced CAD Engineers and Designers in the business.
Since formation, Bennco Engineering has established a strong and dynamic team of engineers and project managers. We offer our clients and partners a unique, specialised, and valuable skillset in the delivery of energy infrastructure projects.
With a breadth of services ranging from concept development and feasibility through to EPCM and EPC project delivery and commissioning, we add value across all phases of the project development and delivery lifecycle.
We are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients, which include:
- Structural Engineering
- Piping Design
- Mechanical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- 3D Scanning
- Design and Fabrication Drawings
Bennco Engineering provides Drafting services, as well as specialised resources to complement in-house teams.
Our Drafting services include Reverse Engineering, creating drawing from sketches, presentation images and colour rendering of parts and equipment, as well as 3D Modelling.
3D Scanning Capabilities
Backed by Leica’s state-of-the-art equipment, we capture over one million 3D measurements per second.
This results in reduced measurement timeframes from weeks to days. With a precision and accuracy of 50 microns, our 3D scanning is valuable for reverse engineering components, plus topographic and larger-scale scanning.
1.Aerial Scanning
Our capabilities extend to aerial 3D scanning, providing a broad, high-accuracy view of large sites. Aerial scanning is ideal for enhanced mapping and surveying, as well as topographic and large-scale scanning.
2.Advanced Reality Capture
We create digital twins of physical objects and infrastructures, facilitating improved visualisation, faster modelling, and real-time access to plant conditions. This revolutionises mine planning, design, predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety management.
3.Complex Data Modelling
Our experienced team efficiently maps these closely spaced points on a computer, rebuilding accurate three-dimensional models of scanned infrastructures.
As part of this commitment, we are pleased to announce the acquisition of two industry-leading pieces of equipment:
- Leica RTC360 Laser Scanner
- State-of-the-Art Plasma Cutter
