The Bennco Engineering Standard (TDS) is Bennco Engineering’s proprietary integrated management system that defines the way we work and deliver for our customers.
It is closely aligned to Bennco Engineering’s purpose, promise and pillars and provides a structure for governing and sustaining core and BU-specific processes and capabilities such as asset management, client, customer planning & engagement, delivery management, finance, HR, IT, legal & insurance, plant & light vehicles, procurement, quality management, risk and assurance, and zero harm.
The Bennco Engineering Standard
- Sits across each functional and operational area of Bennco Engineering to ensure a standardised approach to governance, business planning, operational and functional delivery, reporting, monitoring and decision-making
- Is embedded into Bennco Engineering delivery management processes and tools to ensure consistent service delivery and customer engagement
- Acts as a vehicle for sharing knowledge and best practice
- Provides governance, administration and compliance for Bennco Engineering Group licensing, certificate, and compliance obligations
- Establishes a framework for quality assurance to international management standards and compliance across the Group: ISO9001:2015 (Quality), ISO14001:2015 (Environment), ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (Information Security Management System) and ISO45001:2018 (Safety), ISO55001:2014 (Asset Management System).
The Bennco Engineering Standard is also compliant to other regulatory standards at a business unit level including:
- ISO41001:2018 (Facilities Management System)
- The Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC)
- The Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator (ONRSR)
- Food Safety Management System (BSI HACCP & GMP), and
- Meets National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) requirements.
Quality principles
Bennco Engineering’s 10 Quality Principles are an integral part of The Bennco Engineering Standard. They provide a framework for quality management and continuous improvement. They enable Bennco Engineering to achieve and maintain high standards of quality, meet, and exceed requirements, improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive overall success.
